Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Socialibi, provided by V4N. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Socialibi helps businesses plan and publish social media content and manage the leads that result. We may change or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and organization. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you add.
Connected platforms
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Your use of Facebook, Instagram and other platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Platforms can change or restrict their APIs, which may limit what Socialibi can do.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into Socialibi. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and publish it as you instruct. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and consents needed for it, including for any lead data you collect.
Plans, free trial and billing
- Free trial: new organizations can try Socialibi free for 7 days. A payment card is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial, and each organization gets one trial.
- Automatic conversion: unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged the price of the plan you chose, then again at the start of every billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Trial limits: during the trial, posts can only be scheduled for dates up to the end of the trial. Plans also limit the number of connected accounts.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from Billing in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails we will retry it and may suspend access until it is resolved.
- Price changes and taxes: we may change prices with advance notice, applying from your next billing period. Prices may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- post unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, or spam;
- violate the rules of any connected platform or applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- collect or use personal information without a lawful basis.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will be published at any particular time, that platforms will accept them, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
