Privacy Policy
Socialibi is operated by V4N (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Socialibi to manage social media accounts and leads, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and profile image, provided when you sign up through our authentication provider.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect an account on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Threads, we receive the account’s identifier, name, username and profile picture, and an access token that lets us publish on your behalf. Only the accounts you choose to connect are saved.
- Billing information: your plan, subscription status and billing dates. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us; we only keep a reference to your Stripe customer.
- Content you create: captions, images and scheduling details for posts you prepare in Socialibi.
- Lead and contact data: information about people who contact your business, that you or your connected channels add to Socialibi. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it.
- Usage and technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service. To limit spam and repeat clicks on our public forms and links, we briefly keep a salted hash of a visitor’s network address in a counter. It is not linked to any lead or click and is deleted within a day.
How we use it
- To provide the service: publishing and scheduling posts, showing your accounts and performance.
- To keep the service secure, reliable and free of abuse.
- To contact you about your account and important changes to the service.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use data received from Meta only to provide the features you request, such as publishing the posts you create to the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect. We do not transfer it to others except as described in this policy, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the app. If you use the inbox, we also read comments and messages sent to the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect so you can see and answer them in Socialibi.
Data from TikTok
When you connect TikTok, we receive your TikTok account identifier, display name and profile picture, and the posting options TikTok makes available to your account (such as who can view a video and the maximum video length). We use them only to publish the videos you choose, with the audience and settings you select, and, where TikTok provides them, to show you basic performance numbers for those posts. We do not use TikTok data for advertising or sell it. By posting to TikTok through Socialibi you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, its Branded Content Policy. You can disconnect TikTok at any time, and you can remove our access in your TikTok settings.
Data from Google and YouTube
When you connect YouTube, we use YouTube API Services to upload the videos you choose to your channel and to read basic details about your channel and those videos. By connecting, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to data from YouTube. Socialibi’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide the publishing features you request, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google account permissions.
Data from X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads
For X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads we receive your account identifier, name, username and profile picture, and a token to publish the posts you create. For Pinterest we also read the names of your boards so you can choose where a pin goes. We use this data only to provide the features you request. We do not use it to build profiles of individuals, for advertising, or sell it. You can remove our access at any time from each network’s own settings.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf for hosting, authentication, data storage and payments (currently Vercel, Clerk, Convex and Stripe). The social platforms you connect receive the content you choose to publish. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting a social account immediately deletes its access token. When a workspace or a brand is deleted it is deactivated straight away, its connected accounts are disconnected, and everything in it (accounts, posts, uploaded images, leads and brands) is permanently erased 30 days later. You can also request deletion at any time; see our data deletion instructions.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
Socialibi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
